Hey I can't seem to be able to go into the fortress of doom is that a bug and the file name is MiniDoom2 v3.0.0.exe and not MiniDoom2 v3.1.0.exe that might be the problem but no matter where I download it it's always v3.0.0
Yeah, we forgot to update the exe name, but it should the final version. What happens when you try to enter the fortress? Or do you not see it in the map?

IT’S NOT! You just have to follow the README in the game folder. I feel so silly having trashed all those Gamemaker games when the fix was so simple -- not even any terminal commands — just **drag to Applications**. There are a lot of workarounds we gamers can do on our side to hitches opening Mac ports (like CHMOD to fix permissions, UPX for unpacking, right-click opening and okaying in Security for unknown devs), and if all that doesn’t work, virtualize with Parallels/Wine or boot to a Linux/Windows partition. Minidoom secrets are incredible homage to the entire genre of 2D platform history!

I'm a bit late to the party, but I played this game from start to finish and I absolutely loved it.
The combination of the good ol' DOOM brutality with a Metroidvania approach to gameplay and level design equals an amazing experience all around. I could see myself having a lot of fun replaying this one in the future, looking for all the secrets I missed and trying to beat it at higher difficulties.
The Icon of Sin level in particular was amazingly done. The atmosphere is so different from the rest of the game... loved it!
great game i loved the ending but i dont really like how if you die in it the boss´s phase goes back to the first one also if you do something like open internet explorer the game will still be running but there will be no tab and thhe only way to close it is task manager so yeah 9/10
i want to report a glitch in the last lever before you enter the hell the last mars level argent tower the plasma gun the galuss cannon i cant use that gun help
really fun game to play but i recommed a controller or something because the keyboard control scheme is really hard to remeber and you end up dying alot because your pressing the wrong keys but other than that, amazing music and level design

The level design and the music is fantastic and fits well with DOOM as well as the graphics. Really well done game!

(However when I playing it and want to go to the start screen it say RESET and I don't know if it's means reseting the whole save file or if it's acsally just goes to the star screen.)
This was such a fun game to play. This should be an official title it's that good. This was one of the games that I played during the Albsterz Indie Hour. The soundtrack was awesome got the blood going

I would like to compliment this game for many reasons.
Among them: I love how you reimagined classic landmarks of Doom levels, and enjoyed suddenly recognising a familiar sight.
I also really liked the level design, especially how you hide secrets.

This game is actually pretty fun in all honesty, I kinda wish there was a map maker for this
Mac version is broken. Upon opening the game, an error flashes, saying that the file is corrupted and needs to be moved to trash. Please fix this 🙏🙏🙏

The Mac version seems to be broken or corrupt in some way. Gets an error message upon launch that says it should be moved to the trash can. :-(

You can always remap the keyboard buttons in the options menu.
